This policy explains what personal information Leader Gate Advertising & Gifts (“Leader Gate”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Leader Gate is based at Warehouse No. 6, Musaffah 44, Sanaya, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Information we collect

This website does not require an account, does not sell anything online and does not take payments. We only receive personal information that you choose to send us.

  • When you send an enquiry through our contact form. The form does not store your details on our website. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp on your device with your name, company, phone number, email address and project details written into a message. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp, and the message then comes to us through WhatsApp.
  • When you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you share, such as your name, contact details, photographs, drawings, logos and project requirements.
  • When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the website secure and working.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
  • To design, produce, deliver and install what you order from us, including arranging site visits.
  • To send you artwork proofs, invoices and updates about your project.
  • To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
  • To keep the website secure and understand how it is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have agreed to receive marketing messages from us.

Artwork and files you send us

Logos, brand files, photographs and drawings you send are used only to quote for and produce your work. We do not use your artwork or your finished project in our portfolio or on social media without your permission.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only where it is needed to do the work you asked for, or where the law requires it:

  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and WhatsApp (operated by Meta).
  • Delivery and installation partners, when they need an address or contact person on site.
  • Landlords, mall management or government authorities, when a signage approval or permit application needs your details.
  • Authorities, courts or regulators, when we are legally required to.

Some features of this website are provided by other companies, which may collect information under their own privacy policies:

  • WhatsApp, for the chat button and contact form.
  • Google Maps, for the map showing our workshop location.
  • Google Fonts, which delivers some of the typefaces used on the site.
  • Google Analytics, if enabled, to measure visits to the website in aggregate.
  • Links to our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages. Once you leave our website, those platforms’ own policies apply.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for advertising. Google Analytics, if enabled, uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Where you become a customer, we keep project and billing records for as long as UAE law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
